new walls

I wish the colors would show clear in this picture, but this really does work TONS better than the light teal flowers I painted before.
Bill really wanted blue in the kitchen, so I took that blue and repainted flowers on this center wall, then covered it with a chocolate colored linen glaze finish.
The blue shows up through the brown and really pulls the blue from the back wall quite nicely. As well as the brown mirroring the dark brown on the side walls. I really like it after all!

I really did not want to go blue, that was all Bill's idea, and I gave in to make him happy. Now, I am impressed how different this space feels, and I love it. Much better than the beige. Way to go Bill!

I really like it Tara. I love seeing your house transform. I'm so glad I got to visit in person before we moved.

I love it! It looks like that wall is the sky. It is really awesome to see how your house is evolving. Some day when I have a house, you are going to be my inspiration for its beautification!
