I think this is the longest I have gone without blogging since I started my blog! I just got caught up with most of my friend's blogs, but I still have a few more to check and catch up on. Man, I have been out of it, and missed SO much! So here are the few pictures I have taken over the last few weeks. Not much, but this is it...... Bill gave Eddie a buzz cut last week, I think he looks cute. We always end up doing boys haircuts backwards, we let it grow long in the summer, and buzz it in the winter. Go figure.
Josh in his little uniform, he is SOOOOO proud, and he LOVES school!!! He is learning so much at Challenger, I am SO grateful he has the opportunity to go there, it has been such a joy to watch his excitement for learning and his confidence grow. (he looks more like his dad than any of the kids, I love it, it really shows in this picture)
My glass window.
Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my brain!?! I measured TWICE, (but I didn't write it down, I just ran downstairs and drew it out), somehow I missed 8 INCHES on the sides and 3 on the top. I feel so lame, after ALL that work, it doesn't even fit the window to serve it's purpose, (which is to cover the water stains from all the trapped condensation between the double panes, the worst of the stains happen to be ALL along the edges). So I'm going to make up two skinny glass panels to hang on the side to help cover up the ugly windows.
I am happy with how it turned out though, not bad for recycled glass. Man, I have new respect for stained glass artists. If you ever feel like $300+ is too much for a panel this size, trust me, the artists DESERVE that much, it is A LOT of work and skill. I'm not even going to try and get into it, it's pretty hard. I lucked out with the scrap glass turning out OK, but that's about it.

Tara!
The glass is beautiful. And I can't believe the hike. Way to go!
The glass is seriously beautiful! Justin's mom does stained glass, and it looks so difficult! That is so impressive!
Joshua looks so handsome! And the window is amazing, even if it isn't the right size!
